If a digital product you bought is non-compliant — we will repair it, reduce the price or refund. We resolve complaints within 14 days. You can also escalate to UOKiK or the EU ODR platform.

Non-conformity of digital products

The Seller is liable for non-conformity of the Digital product with the contract under Chapter 5b (art. 43h–43q) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act, transposing Directive 2019/770/EU on digital content.

Examples of non-conformity: missing declared functionality, blocking bugs, deviation from product description, lack of access contrary to the contract, missing announced updates.

What you can demand

  1. Bringing into conformity (repair or update) — free of charge, within a reasonable time;
  2. Price reduction — if non-conformity is not remedied;
  3. Withdrawal and refund — if the non-conformity is material or the Seller fails to remedy after notice.

Time limits

You can report non-conformity throughout the duration of the contract for the digital product (typically indefinite) or during the period for which the Seller declared updates. A presumption that the non-conformity existed at delivery applies for 1 year from delivery (CRA art. 43m).

How to file a complaint

Please write to support@spaceads.agency or by post to the Seller's seat, including:

  • your name (or company name) and the e-mail used for the purchase;
  • Order number;
  • description of the non-conformity (screenshot / recording helpful);
  • your demand (repair / price reduction / withdrawal);
  • contact details for our reply.

14-day resolution

We resolve complaints within 14 days of receipt. Silence within that period means the complaint is upheld.

5.

Refunds

On withdrawal due to non-conformity, we refund the full amount paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method, unless you agree otherwise.

14-day right of withdrawal — and its exclusion

Independently of the above, the Consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal — except for digital content delivered immediately after express consent (CRA art. 38(13)).

B2B Customers

For B2B Customers (other than Sole-trader Consumers) warranty liability may be limited under CC art. 558 §1 and these Terms.
