Right of withdrawal & withdrawal form

Consumers have the right to withdraw within 14 days without giving any reason. Exception: for digital content delivered immediately after your express consent, the right of withdrawal is lost (CRA art. 38(13) / Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m)).

Information on the right of withdrawal

Right of withdrawal — you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day of conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform the Seller — Space Ads Sp. z o.o., Plac Bankowy 2, 00-095 Warszawa, Polska, e-mail support@spaceads.agency — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. e-mail or letter sent by post).

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the period expires.

Effects of withdrawal. We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay, and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Exclusion of the right of withdrawal for digital content

Directive 2011/83/EU art. 16(m) / CRA art. 38(13)

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content not on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and the consumer's acknowledgement of losing the right of withdrawal.

By placing an Order and ticking the consent at checkout, the Consumer loses the right of withdrawal upon delivery of the digital product. Without this consent the order with immediate access cannot be placed.
